Fleet Street Lawyer Omar Ha-Redeye has been helping lawyers stay on top of changes to the profession by writing at Slaw, where he published two articles in the last week.
Omar wrote a scalding article focusing on Trinity Western University (TWU) in Langley, B.C., and their proposal to open a law school that forbids homosexuals from attending. Omar calls a spade a spade with his article: A law school for homophobes
He also tackled the Supreme Court of Canada’s most recent decision to related to who should set the rates for Amicus Curaie, in the recent Ontario v. Criminal Lawyers’ Association of Ontario case.
